Dean, MVJMC & RH
Dr. Pramod R. Muley, M.D. (Pathology &
Bacteriology) is the Dean of the MVJMC &RH
at Hoskote. He
has worked in the service of Govt. of Maharashtra for 21yrs at various
Medical Colleges in the state and later on in a private Medical College
for 10 years at Ko1hapur, Maharashtra. He has worked in different
academic and administrative capacities as Prof and HOD and has joined MVJMC&RH in the
month of May 2002. From May 2003 he has joined as Principal, MVJMC &RH,
Bangalore and from January 2005 he has taken over as Dean MVJMC&RH. He
has a good academic record and his special areas of interest are
Haemotology and Fine needle aspiration cytology. He has about 30
publications to his credit in National and International journals. He has
presented papers in the conferences chaired scientific sessions and
participated in symposia in pathology and cytology conferences. In 1986 he
underwent training at National Teachers Training Centre, Pondicherry in
Medical Education Technology which has been his area of
interest at present. He has conducted many workshops for faculty
development at various institutes. He's also trained in hospital
administration at NIH& FPW. Dr. Muley is keenly interested in sports and
cultural activities and had represented in field games at University levels
during his student days. He takes keen interest in the development of a
student and their personality as a keen and learning doctor.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is well-qualified
and is committed to train students to the best of their capabilities. The
faculty has been selected through stringent selection process and every
effort has been made by the management to put together a very competent
team of teaching staff.
