Closely monitor the student's progress in terms of attendance, performance, punctuality and learning capabilities and to send a monthly report to the parents, depicting their ward's status in terms of the above- mentioned attributes.

To identify any problem faced by the student and initiate a corrective action towards it.

Motivate the student, thus leading them to their good overall development of personality.

Parents are advised to keep in touch with the respective proctors on a regular basis and follow up according as remarked by the proctor.

If parents do not receive the progress report of their ward, they should immediately report this to the concerned Head of the department and ensure a regular receipt of progress reports.
