B.Sc Degree with a minimum of 50% of marks (45% in case of SC/ST candidates) with Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry as a compulsory subject and any two of the other following optional subjects:

Microbiology /Biotechnology /Botany /Applied Botany /Zoology /Environmental Science /Sericulture /Genetics / any other biological science.
