Under Graduate Programs >> Electronics & Communication Engineering

We are living in an age when electronics plays a major role in our day-to-day activities. Nearly all the machines we use in our daily lives from calculators and TV remote controls to telephones, computers, cars and even washing machines, contain electronic circuits that make them work. The scope for a career in Electronics, therefore, is as diverse as its applications: varying from commercial communication and entertainment to medicine and defence.

The Electronics & Communications Engineering course at the MVJ College of Engineering is a perfect blend of theory and practicals. Besides Lab Classes, students are encouraged to visit industry or research establishments such as ITI, HAL, BEL, DRDO, ISRO, etc., every semester.

The infrastructure of this Department, covering an area of more than 10,000 sq.ft., includes:

  •  Simulation Lab
  •  Analog Devices Lab
  •  Communication Engineering Lab
  •  Digital Electronics Lab
  •  Microprocessors Lab
  •  Advanced Communication Lab
  •  Computer Centre, Power Electronics Lab, etc.
